Spagetti Tower

We began this process by talking it out. I found it easy working with my partner because we were good at communicating and working together. The challenge was to build the tallest standing tower with the marshmallow on top. This activity would be best for high school or college students because they are a little more advanced and help them work on team work.
There was not any leader on our team. I don't think it would have effected anything if we picked a team leader.
We did a lot of talking and decision making to help finalize the tower. I think all our ideas were met. My patience during this was not being pushed at all because we were all working together. All teammates were included in this project.
Our team did have a plan, and it didn't end up working do to the lack of time. We did veer from the plan, we didn't go step by step. Our base worked by our top didn't hold because the base was too small not able to carry the heavy marshmallow.
Personally I didn't learn to much about myself. More of just that I am very compatible when working with people. I believe I am a leader just not in this situation. Since my partner and I are both leaders we just listened to each-other instead of against each-other preventing us to bump heads. I work well in groups just depending on who and what type of group I'm in. I work pretty well under pressure. Sometimes I may get frustrated depending on the situation.
Something I can work on next time is probably a better design.
